If you're looking for a clean budget option, this place tries hard. My room had no bugs and everything worked well. This place was little, with beautifully maintained rooms, very pleasant staff. The location in a comfortable area was marvellous and absolutely perfect and there were a market and stores nearby.

Look, the room was actually decent-clean with no visible stains or bugs, a bit surprising for what I paid. Plus, I was greeted by name on arrival, like they actually cared for once, and the owner seemed to be busting his ass to keep the place operational.
